The name Madin neither sound familiar nor it sounded like a top end property. When I reached the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to such a well maintained property which is used by international travelers also. The facilities provided are high end and the staff are well mannered, welcoming and helpful to the guests. It is also centrally located and very convenient to go to the main attractions of the city of Varanasi. I really liked the size of the bathroom in our room and the facilities therein.

It’s nice property at the right location. I travelled from Delhi to Varanasi, feel much relaxed while standing under shower. Water is so good and refreshing.

The hotel ambiance was good. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was good but a little bit far from ghats. There were a variety of options available in breakfast. The food was excellent. I liked the restaurant service. It's right next to JHV mall.

My partner and I were quite unwell when we checked into this hotel, we just needed somewhere comfortable to stay while we recovered. We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms were so comfortable and clean. It was the best shower we had in India. All of the facilities were fantastic and the buffet breakfast was beautiful. The location is really nice and clean and quite close to the train station. There’s also some shops only a 5 minute walk away which is convenient.

The room rate paid was high relative to the hotel and class of amenities. Somehow with this tariff even breakfast which is a standard feature was not included and separate rates were applicable for buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner which was high for a location like Varanasi. This was informed to us at check in.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent tasty food and a wide selection.. What else do we need?! We almost booked in a 5 star hotel elsewhere, but unfortunately they didn't have walk-in shower, which we were looking for elderly parents. I would rate Madin as 5 stars!! Well done, staff and management 😁

The staff were really friendly and were able to make my stay very comfortable. They organised all the day events for me including a trip to a silk saree shop. Very nice. The rooms were a good size and the bed very comfy.

Staff was awesome ! Special shout out for Nitin and Rajkumar at Front desk; Javed and entire team in the restaurant and Chef Madan for his special culinary touch ! Stupendous service. Always smiling and cheerful.

Excellence in every way, right down to the tiniest details. LOVED this stay. An added bonus was Ajay Singh who manages the Travel Desk in the lobby. Ajay organized wonderful sightseeing for us and went the extra mile to personally ensure we were looked after. He is a kind, knowledgeable and highly respected man who is able to open doors to places that others cannot.

It was really nice. Friendly and helpful people, nice and clean room, a good Swimmingpool, good breakfast and dinner. We are really happy to have booked this Hotel. Location is a bit outside of City center but if you know the center of Varanasi you understand that this is absolutely fine. Vivender cleaned our room, very nice and handsom person
